We had a broken spring on our garage door, and i first called and left a message with a company located closer to our home. (Still, no call back from them).
You were the second company I called, but from now on you will be the first and I will recommend your business to anyone needing a garage door repair or replacement.
From the first call, it was obvious that your company is knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I know nothing about garage doors and the person I spoke with explained the need to replace both springs, gave me an idea of the cost involved, and let me know that the crew would be able to replace my broken garage door opener at the same time they replaced the springs.
